Kyusho-Jitsu, also called Dim Mak, is an art that focuses around the use of pressure-points, or weak areas along the bodies' nervous system.  A pressure-point can be defined in three ways: where a nerve ends, where two nerves cross and where a nerve Y's.  These points are protected against attack by bones and muscles.  Access to these points is only possible if you know the proper angle and direction.  The pressure-points directly affect organs in the human body, and these organs are governed by the Five Elements: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood.  Each Element is governed by two specific sets of sounds: Directional and Elemental.  Knowledge of the Angles, Directions, Elements, and Sounds are vital tools for any Kyusho-Jitsu practitioner.  Overall, Kyusho-Jitsu is a very complex and potentially dangerous art that takes years of training to understand and should only be practiced under the supervision of a Qualified Instructor.
